In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 6b777 website accessible at https://6b777.io and all associated services, features, and content provided therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform, which holds your personal details, balance, transaction history, and betting records.
• "Balance" means the total funds credited to your Account, comprising deposited funds and any awarded bonus funds, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

6b777 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting supporting documentation including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.

To access real-money features on 6b777, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.

During registration you will be required to provide: a valid username, a secure password, a working mobile number or email address, your date of birth, and your country of residence. 6b777 may additionally request KYC documentation prior to processing your first withdrawal or at any other point deemed necessary for compliance purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 5.1 Deposits. All deposits must be made using payment methods supported by 6b777 at the time of the transaction. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. 6b777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the payment method used must be registered in the same name as your 6b777 Account. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification; 6b777 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before releasing funds. Under normal operating conditions, approved withdrawals are processed within 20 minutes. 6b777 accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure.

5.3 Currency. All balances, bets, and transactions on 6b777 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts.

5.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. 6b777 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per calendar month to the dormant account balance, provided reasonable prior notice has been given. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be archived. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting support.

5.5 AML Compliance. 6b777 applies AML monitoring to all financial transactions. Unusual transaction patterns may result in account review, withdrawal delay, or suspension pending investigation. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation in connection with large or irregular deposits.

6.1 General. All bets placed on 6b777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published within each product section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. In any conflict between general betting rules and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules prevail.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is accepted only once 6b777 has confirmed the wager and credited the stake from your account balance. 6b777 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason, including bets from players identified as consistently high-value winners.

6.3 Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted due to an obvious error in pricing (including manifest pricing errors caused by data feed failures), 6b777 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake. Where settlement has already occurred, 6b777 may reverse the settlement and re-settle at the correct price or void the bet at its discretion.

6.4 Abandoned & Postponed Events. Bets on events that are abandoned or postponed are void and stakes are returned, unless otherwise specified in the product-specific betting rules for that sport or market. In-play bets settled before abandonment are considered final unless a clear technical error affected the settlement.

6.5 Live / In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of 6b777. Odds during in-play markets fluctuate rapidly; the odds shown at the time your bet is submitted may differ from the odds at the time of acceptance. If your bet is queued or delayed and the odds change materially, 6b777 may offer you the revised odds and request reconfirmation or void the bet and return your stake.

6b777 may offer various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry dates.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and become eligible for withdrawal only after the stated wagering requirement has been completed in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unfulfilled bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• 6b777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice, except where a promotion has already been claimed and wagering is in progress.
• One bonus offer per player, per household, per device, and per IP address applies unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 6b777 Platform. Breach of any prohibition below constitutes a material violation of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether using your own identity or the identity of another person.
• Identity fraud: Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification, or impersonating another individual.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including poker, live dealer games, or sports betting pools.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or circumvent game mechanics.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Exploiting pricing discrepancies between 6b777 and other platforms systematically in a manner that constitutes abuse of the Platform's commercial offering.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose related to concealing the origin of funds or any other financial crime.
• Hacking / exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other players' accounts, or backend systems; exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Abusive conduct: Directing threatening, offensive, or harassing communications toward 6b777 staff or other players through any channel.

All content on the 6b777 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and the overall design and architecture of the site — is the exclusive intellectual property of 6b777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 6b777.

Nothing in this section limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

6b777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC processes — including name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and payment details — is used solely for the purposes of operating your Account, complying with AML and KYC obligations, and delivering a personalised Platform experience. 6b777 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

6b777 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data in transit between your browser and our servers. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing. Upon permanent closure of an Account for reasons attributable to player misconduct, any remaining balance — including real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by 6b777 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Pending withdrawal requests and active bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal procedures before final account closure is confirmed.

6b777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 6b777 will notify registered players via email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately to comply with legal obligations or to address a security threat.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
